W & J Parker Agrees sale of shares in NCB Foodservice Ltd to American Company – Buyers Edge Platform

Buyers Edge Platform, a digital procurement network and solutions provider for the foodservice industry, has acquired NCB Foodservice, a UK-based specialist in fresh produce and other fresh categories serving foodservice and hospitality operators nationwide.
