Fosse Park

In the early 1980’s W & J Parker Ltd started exploring the opportunity of developing a farm that it owned near the junction of the M1 and M69 into a out of town retail development. After eventually gaining planning permission the site was sold to London and Edinburgh trust. Fosse Park was opened in 1989 as a 265,000 sq. ft retail development with 12 retail stores including Marks and Spencer as its Anchor.

Fosse Park has become the most successful out of town retail development in the country.
